Course content
1) Basic knowledge of radio spectrum and light (wave x particle nature, etc.) 2) Basics of radio broadcasting and its reception (transmitters, receivers, block diagrams, RDS, DAB) 3) Basics of television transmission and its reception (transmitters, receivers, block diagrams, etc.) 4) Image capture, television screens (cameras, sensors, displays) 5) Analog and digital television (differences, principle, advantages x disadvantages) 6) DVB-T and DVB-T2 standards and used modulations (QPSK, QAM, OFDM) 7) Satellite television transmission, DVB-S, DVB-S2 standards 8) Antennas used for radio and TV reception and their basic properties 9) SDR - software defined receivers (block diagrams, trends, example) 10) Basics of electro-acoustics and audio technology (reproduction, nf amplifiers, etc.) 11) 3D television, studio equipment, recording media 12) Excursion - 13) Excursion -
