1) Process, process properties, identification, description, business processes 2) Business process metrics and evaluations (monitoring approaches, process evaluation levels) 3) Process modeling techniques and tools (process map, data flow diagram, EPC) 4) Process modeling techniques and tools (BPMN, BPEL, Unified Modeling Language, Petri Nets) 5) ARIS methodology and tools I 6) ARIS methodology and tools II 7) Value stream mapping, (continuous production, value added) 8) Business Process Reengineering I (process reengineering methodologies, Hammer , Champy methodology, T. Davenport methodology) 9) Business Process Reengineering II (Manganelli and Klein methodology, Kodak methodology) 10) Methods and tools for optimization of technological processes (PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, TOC, DBR) 11) Production lines balancing (design, calculation, layout, SMED method) 12) Agile methods and Scrum process 13) Implementation of process management Seminars (Exercises): 1) Introduction, organization, assignment of semestral project 2) Practical exercises using ARIS software 3) Practical exercises using ARIS software 4) Practical exercises with Enterprise Architect software 5) Practical exercises with Enterprise Architect software 6) Practical exercises with Attis software 7) Presentation of semestral project
