Lectures: 1) Mathematical tools, probability theory and mathematical statistics 2) Continuous and discontinuous distribution forms, standards in quality area, Juran trilogy of quality 3) Quality control and improvement tools 4) Quality control and improvement tools 5) Statistical process control - Control charts by variables, Process capability evaluation 6) Statistical process control - Control charts by attributes 7) Statistical sampling by variables 8) Statistical sampling by attributes, Seven management and planing tools 9) Tools for quality planning - APQP, QFD, Control plan 10) FMEA - Failure mode and effect analysis 11) DOE - Design of experiments 12) Tools for quality improvement - PDCA cycle, 8D methodology 13) Lean - DMAIC, lean production, poka-yoke, 5S, 6 sigma - principles, DFSS Tutorials: 1) Fundamentals of probability, characteristics of random processes 2) Application statistics in quality control, normal distribution 3) Examples of stratifications, flow-charts, cause and effect diagrams 4) Examples of Pareto analysis, histograms, scatter diagrams 5) Examples of Shewhart control charts by variables 6) Examples of Shewhart control charts by attributes 7) Examples of statistical sampling by attributes 8) Examples of statistical sampling by variable 9) Test 10) Process FMEA 11) DOE methodology - design and evaluation of the experiment 12) 8D Report example 13) Consultation and credit
