1) Introduction to basic managerial techniques and skills (importance of management, personality of manager, Leadership) 2) Planning (How to reach goals, Tools for generation new Ideas, Search for alternatives) 3) Organization (Organizational Structures, Workgroups, Group management) 4) Organization (Time Management, Overloading) 5) Organization (Time Management, Organization of work) 6) Decision-making (Pareto's rule, ABC analysis, Eisenhower principle, Cause and Effect Diagram, delegation) 7) Leadership (Communication, Motivation, Conflicts) 8) Leadership (Decision-making, Evaluation, Consideration of consequences, Evaluation of people) 9) Control (Controlling, Internal control, Internal audit) 10) Team meetings (Goal, Program, Leadership, Involvement of others, Types of meetings) 11) Presentation (Preparation, Goal, Structure, Working with visual Aids) 12) Motivational Techniques (Motivation, Demotivators, Classical theories) 13) Conflict Resolution (Conflict Types and Properties, Approaches)
