Course content
1-3. Basic devices for logic-control of electrical drives 4-6. Design of controls for electrical drive with DC-machine 7-9. The problematic of control circuits (stability etc.) 10.Basic principles of the control of the drive with inductance machine 11. Design of power part of electrical drive (to achieve the needed torque for load) 12. Design of power part of electrical drive (?thermal design?) 13. Credits.

The students get -the basic knowledge of electrical drives -the experience of the steady state and transient phenomena of electrical drives -practice of the functions of controls circuits in the branch of electric drives
