Course content
The subject is enrolled by students who wish to complete their studies in the relevant academic year in the follow-up master's program Anthropological Studies in the specialization Cultural Studies of the Middle East and Africa. It is an oral exam that takes place in front of a committee and usually lasts about 15-30 minutes. The course itself and other requirements are determined by the Study and Examination Regulations of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During the preparation for the master's exam, the student has the opportunity to use individual or group consultations with the guarantors of individual subjects, which relate to the areas of the exam The exam confirm knowledge and skills gained during the study especially in the fields: KBS/D1YY Contemporary History of the Middle East 1 KBS/D2YY Contemporary History of the Middle East 2 KBS/SSYY Contemporary Middle Eastern societies KBS/PIYY Political Islam KBS/NIYY Society and Religions of Israel KBS/D3YY History of Africa
