Course content
1. Social pedagogy - definition of scientific discipline, current problem areas, trends in development 2. Analysis of current social conditions of education 3. environment as social pedagogical agent - environment typology (macroclimate, microclimate), local environment, influence of the environment on man, risk factors, analysis of the family environment - definition of the family, risk factors of the current family, classification of parental approaches and their influence on the self- 4. Life situation from a social and educational point of view, help in solving crisis situations - solutions techniques. 5. Specifics of work with minority and vulnerable groups of children and youth, socio-cultural handicap, specifics of working with children of foreigners. 6. Issues of leisure time, lifestyle and its formation. 7. Area of helping and assisting professions, direct and non-direct ways of intervention and help systems, energy side of aid - burnout syndrome, assisting syndrome, working with energy. 8. Lectures, workshops of practitioners.

Knowledge
Basic orientation in pedagogic nomenclature, especially from areas common pedagogy and theory upbringing. It is assumed, that the students will equipped knowledge basic pedagogy conceptions and category.
learning outcomes
The students will be acquianted with the social relations in various types of natural and institutional social environment, will be able to apply their knowledge in model situations and will be able to analyze social situations.
