|
This subject KMP (Municipal law) gives information about basic terms within municipal legal regulations, theirs status, constitutional principles of municipal authorities, legal regulations and provisions in force related to municipal establishment, competence of municipal board, municipal council and municipal chairman, mayor of corporate town. Special attention will be devoted to municipal elections, election of councilors, councilor's rights and duties arising from theirs functions, prejudice of the councilors, session of municipal board and municipal council meeting.
