Course content
Lectures 1. Medical Operational Center (ZOS) - introduction, basic concepts. 2. Basics of teamwork at ZOS. 3. Basics of legislation relevant to operator activity. 4. Psychological aspects of ZOS. 5. Keeping a phone call on the emergency line. 6. Operational management of emergency medical services. 7. Air rescue service and its specifics in operational management. 8. Communication and information technologies in IRS. 9. Activity of ZOS in co-operation in IRS during normal operation and during an emergency. 10. Quality management work at ZOS Exercises 1. - 10. Practical training - simulated reception of emergency calls and calls, localization, navigation, geographic information systems, solving difficult communication situations, teamwork training, event classification, degree of urgency phone assisted first aid.
