Lectures 1. Cardiovascular system - arterial hypertension, hypertensive crisis. 2. Cardiovascular system - ischemic heart disease acute and chronic forms. 3. Cardiovascular system - heart failure. 4. Cardiovascular system - heart rhythm disorders. 5. Cardiovascular system - cardiac inflammation, cardiomyopathy, vein and artery disease. 6. Respiratory system - DC inflammation, bronchial asthma, chronic pulmonary disease. 7. Respiratory system - pulmonary inflammation, bronchiectasis, TB. 8. Respiratory system - interstitial lung processes, lung tumors, respiratory insufficiency. 9. Kidney and urinary diseases - inflammations of the lower glands, tubulointerstitial nephritis, vesicoureteral reflux, analgesic nephropathy. 10. Kidney and urinary tract diseases - glomerular diseases, kidney failure, tumors. Exercises 1. - 2. Cardiovascular system - examination methods, symptoms of disease, evaluation of ECG curves. 3. - 4. Cardiovascular system - model situations in the treatment of patients with cardiovascular system, differential diagnosis of chest pain. 5. - 6. Respiratory system - examination methods, symptoms of the disease, oxygen therapy. 7. - 8. Respiratory system - model situation in the treatment of patients with respiratory diseases, differential diagnostics of dyspnoea. 9. - 10. Excretory system - examination methods, symptoms of the disease, model situation in the treatment of patients with kidney and urinary disorders.
