Course content
Lectures 1. Tissue. General Osteology. 2. Vertebral column. Sceleton of the thorax. Joint types. General anatomy of the synovial joint. 3. Skull - neurocranium. Skull - splanchnocranium. Skull as a whole. Skull of the newborn. Temporomandibular joint. 4. General myology. Glands with internal secretion (endocrine management). 5. Nervous system in general. Spinal cord - 1st and 2nd part. Spinal nerve - formation and branching. Ventral and dorsal branches of spinal nerves. 6. Autonomic nervous system - central and peripheral part. Afferent (viscerosensitive) and efferent (visceromotor or secretory) fibers of sympathetic and parasympathetic system. Autonomic ganglia. Visceral and vascular branches. Ventral branches of spinal nerves. Cervical and brachial plexuses. 7. Ventral branches of spinal nerves - intercostal nerves, lumbal and sacral plexus. Radicular areas x areas of nerves. 8. Cranial nerves in general. Nuclei of cranial nerves. Cranial nerves I.-VI. 9. Cranial nerves VII. - XII. Brain - individual parts. 10. Meninges and vessels of the CNS. Brainstem - parts and function. 11. Cerebellum - functional divisions, pathways. Diencephalon - divisions and function. 12. Telencephalon - basal ganglia.Telencephalon - cerebral cortex, analyzers of the cortex. 13. Nerve pathways - 1st part - sensitivity, direct and indirect sensory pathways, sensory paths of the cranial nerves, viscerosensitive pathways. Nerve pathways - 2nd part - motor pathways of the cortex - direct and indirect. Motor pathways of the brainstem. 14. Nerve pathways - 3rd part - projection pathways - summary, internal capsule pathways. Nerve pathways - 4th part - special sensory, commissural and associative. 15. Cerebral ventricules. Cerebrospinal fluid and its circulation. Muscles of the back and pelvic floor. Practicals 1. Planes and directions of the human body. Basic anatomical nomenclature. The upper limb - clavicula, scapula, humerus. 2. Skeleton of the upper limb - ulna, carpal bones, metacarpal bones, phalanges. Demonstration of individual vertebrae, sacral bone and ribs. 3. Joints of the upper limb - sternoclavicular joint, acromioclavicular joint, shoulder joint, thoracoscapular connection, elbow joint. 4. Joints of the upper limb - joints of the forearm, wrist joint, saddle joint of the thumb, metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints. Cranial bones demonstration. 5. Pelvic bone. Pelvis - connections, divisions, diameters 6. Skeleton of the lower limb - femur, tibia, fibula. 7. Skeleton of the lower limb - tarsal bones, metatarsal bones, phalanges. 8. Joints of the lower limb - hip joint, knee joint. 9. Joints of the lower limb - connections of the lower leg, talocrural (ankle) joint, joints of the tarsus, metatarsus and phalanges, arches of the foot. 10. Oral credit exam - skeleton of extremities. 11. Written credit test - joints of extremities. 12. Muscles of the upper limb. 13. Muscles of the lower limb. 14. Muscles repetition. 15. Oral credit exam - muscles of extremities.

to identify if the individual limb bone belongs to right or left side
on the anatomical models or schemes to control Latin terminology in the description of the individual formations on the bones of the limbs
to identify bony formations, ligaments and muscles of the upper and lower limb
individual periferal nerves of limb muscles to assign to relevant nerve plexuses and spinal segments
within the locomotor system to distinguish among the supporting, power, management and logistic components
