Course content

1st Acquaintance with classical massage (CM)- safety, utilities, workplace equipment, effects of massage, conditions, preparation and method of massage, massage techniques, indications and contraindications for massage. 2nd CM back. 3rd KM neck. 4th Repetition KM neck and back. 5th CM from the front of the lower limb and knee joint. 6th CM lower limbs and the back of the knee. 7th Repeat CM whole lower extremity. 8th CM upper limbs. 9th CM abdomen and chest.
