Course content
|
Syllabus of lectures and exercises: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, basic and widespread. Evaluation of efficacy of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Post-resuscitation care, initiation and termination of resuscitation. Resuscitation of newborns, children, adults. Disabled care system in an acute condition. Integrated rescue system, its development and structure. Interaction between the health rescue system, the operating center and the clinical departments. Communicating with the patient, family members, information reporting skills. Fundamentals of patient monitoring in a critical condition. Artificial Lung Ventilation and Oxygen Therapy, treatment of a patient with respiratory distress (ARDS, asthma, COPD). Treatment of a patient in critical condition after surgery or injury (polytrauma, craniocerebral trauma). Venous inputs. Shock, definition and distribution of shock states. Clinical signs of shock and its pathophysiology. Therapy of shock, multi-organ failure. Caring for a patient in a state of shock. Care and treatment of special urgent conditions, cardiovascular area (myocardial ischemia, hypertension, pulmonary edema, pulmonary embolism, cardiogenic shock). Care and treatment of special urgent conditions, neurological disorders (consciousness disorder, vascular stroke, epileptic seizure). Care and treatment of special urgent states, physical and chemical damage, toning, acute renal failure, acute poisoning. Care and treatment of urgent conditions during pregnancy. Care and treatment of patients with acute disorders of the internal environment. Training of skills in the setting of an ambulance model.
