Course content
|
Nephrology: renal colic, acute renal failure (glomerulonephritis, toxic kidney damage), post-renal anuria, acute situation in hemodialysis, acute complications of chronic renal insufficiency Endocrinology: thyreotoxic crisis, acute thyroiditis, acute adrenal insufficiency, hypercalcemia. Hematology: acute hemolysis (drug induced, post-transfusion), acute bleeding (hemoblastosis, trombopatie, coagulation disorders, anticoagulation therapy), disseminated intravskulární coagulation, agranulocytosis Infection: febrile condition, dehydration, impaired consciousness, the principle barrier system, isolation of patients, highly virulent infections Neurology: unconsciousness, acute stroke, brain edema, delirium, seizures, hyperventilation cramps. Diabetes: Diabetic coma, hypoglykemiecké coma, lactic acidosis. Acute intoxication, poisoning drugs, carbon monoxide, fungi, insecticides, alcohol, drugs, delirium tremens.
