Course content
Etiology and pathogenesis. Diagnostic methods. Basic medical procedures. Disease prevention. Diseases of the esophagus. Diseases of the stomach, small intestine, colon. GIT oncological diseases, problems of stoma on the GIT Functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, the biliary system, liver and pancreas. Inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis. Bleeding in the digestive tract - sources, treatment options. Diseases of the pancreas, acute and chronic pancreatitis, cancer. Diseases of the biliary tract, Cholelithiasis, inflammations - including complications. Tumors Liver Disease. Etiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment options diet therapy, complications, prevention. Nursing care for patients with gastroenterologickým disease: physical nurse examination, assessment of patient needs, determine the nursing problem. Plan nursing interventions, education and practicality. Consultancy.
