Course content
The course is intended for all university students, regardless of faculty, and is open to both beginners and advanced climbers. The course covers the basics of safe movement on a bouldering wall, the development of climbing technique, coordination and strength. Students will learn the principles of solving climbing problems and the specifics of warm-up and compensation exercises. It also includes the development of psychological resilience, teamwork and respect for the principles of fair play.

Student je schopen pracovat se svým těžištěm, využívat vlastní síly, obratnosti, kloubní pohyblivosti a flexibility těla. Student dokáže lézt cesty střední obtížnosti.
The student can work with his/her center of gravity, use his/her own strength, agility, joint mobility and flexibility of the body. The student is able to climb routes of medium difficulty.
