Course content
1. - 3. Cultural plants, their history and meaning for humans. 4. Current state and perspectives of agriculture in the Czech Republic. 5. - 7. Meteorology and phenology. 8. Weeds. 9. - 10. Seed and planting, basics of breeding. 11. The basics of experimentation. 12. Types of vegetables, their distribution, importance in nutrition, their cultivation. Types of fruit, their cultivation. Reproduction of fruit plants and vegetables. Calendar of work in the school garden. 13. Lesser known fruits and vegetables. Natural garden.
