Course content
1) History of evolutionary biology (lamarckism, darwinism, neodarwinism, neolamarckism, punktualism, neutral evolution, kreacionism aj.) 2) Genotype, fenotype, adaptation 3) Microevolutionary mechanisms 4) Microevolution (coevolution, population variability, clines, subspecies) 5) Speciation (species, origin of species) 6) Reproductive isolation 7) Macroevolution (evolutionary trends, konvergence, divergence, phylogenetic trees, systematics, cladism etc.) 8) Phylogenetic laws and rules, local and mass extinctions, evolutionary speed 9) History of life on Earth 10) Origin of life, origin of eucaryotic cell 11) Origin of multicellularity 12) Origin of skeleton 13) Evolutionary faunas and floras
