Course content
- Regionalization of continents (Europe, North and South America) - Application of knowledge of general geography (physical and human) to the regions and their connection with specifics of the regions - Didactical transformation on the elementary school level - Teaching regional geography in context - Relevant sources of information for teaching regional geography of Europe, North and South America - Usage of technical equipment in lessons of regional geography (Google Earth, educational software etc.)

divide continents (Europe, North and South America) into regions
apply knowledge of general geography (physical and human) into the lessons focusing on defined regions and present the links between these general rules and the specifics of individual regions
emphasize the inter-topical links
use appropriate and relevant resources for regional geography education

show didactic transformation (pedagogical content knowledge) of the curriculum at elementary school level and demonstrate the regional geography education and its relations to general geography
use appropriate technology equipment (tutorials, models, presentations, Google Earth, etc.) for regional geography education
