Course content
- Regionalization of continents (Europe, North and South America) - Application of knowledge of general geography (physical and human) to the regions and their connection with specifics of the regions - Didactical transformation on the high school level - Teaching regional geography in context - Relevant sources of information for teaching regional geography of Europe, North and South America - Usage of technical equipment in lessons of regional geography (Google Earth, educational software etc.)

Knowledge
divide continents (Europe, North and South America) into regions according to different criteria
use correct and relevant sources for teaching of regional geography
Skills
perform content transformation on the high school level and demonstrate teaching of regional geography with connection to general geography
use the proper media and equipment (educational programs, models, presentations, Google Earth, etc.) during the teaching process
apply knowledge of general geography (physical and humane) on the teaching of regions and present interconnectivity of general principles and specifics of regions
put emphasis on the intertopical connections
design appropriate method to reflect own teaching of regional-geographic topics
incorporate appropriate tasks focused on reflection of educational process into teaching practice
