Course content
1. Animals and their taxonomy in eukaryotes. Construction of animal cell. 2. Tissues - general building, relationships among cells in tissues. Epithelia, its structure and function. Extracellular matrix and its role in the structure and formation of tissues. 3. Connective tissue. Bone and cartilage and its origins. 4. Muscle tissue. Nerve tissue. 5. Integument and its evolution in Metazoa. The skeleton system and its evolution in Metazoa. 6. Movement system and its evolution in Metazoa. 7. Digestive system and its evolution in Metazoa. 8. Respiratory system and its evolution in Metazoa. 9. Vascular system and its evolution in Metazoa. 10. Urinary system and its evolution in Metazoa. 11. Nervous system and its evolution in Metazoa. 12. Reproductive system and its evolution in Metazoa. Asexual reproduction of Metazoa. Sexual reproduction of Metazoa. 13. Skull of vertebrates, its structure and evolution. 14. Ontogenesis - Progenesis and blastogenesis. Blastogenesis and organogenesis of chordates. Mesoderm, its origin and meaning. Coelom and other body cavities, its formation, evolution and importance.

mít představu o současném pojetí živočichů v rámci organismů podrobně znát stavbu (živočišné) buňky na úrovni dané RVPG mít konkrétní představu o základních typech organických molekul v buňce na úrovni dané RVPG znát základní druhy tkání a jejich typů, včetně základní struktury na úrovni dané RVPG znát základní typy orgánových soustav a několik konkrétních případů u konkrétních taxonů na úrovni kmenů na úrovni dané RVPG znát základní způsoby reprodukce živočichů včetně konkrétních příkladů na úrovni druhů na úrovni dané RVPG
learning outcomes
Student knows basic knowledge and terms, basics of histology and imunology, variant ways of animal reproduction and their ontogenesis. Student has abilities of microskopy, specimen preparation and experiments from prakctical lessons.
