Course content
1. Semestral work assignment+ general introduction to the topic. 2. lecture and discussion on the issue of exhibitions (external lecturer from a gallery). 3. Consultation of a selected exhibition space + a draft of its concept . 4. Consultation of the exh. concept and examples of photographic series realization. 5. Implementation of the exhibited series. 6. Implementation of the exhibited series. 7. Implementation of the exhibited series. 8. Implementation of accompanying texts (in coperation with an art theoretician). 9. Final selection of images for promotional materials. 10. Consultations of graphic layout of the promotional material (in collaboration with a graphic designer). 11. Final selection of pictures for exhibition + preparation for printing. 12. Finalizing of the project. 13. Final form consultation. Setting the terms for ongoing consultations and class assignments and the final semester project final semestral work. Setting the deadline for submission of fully completed semester final project - in accordance with the requirements of the teacher. Setting the deadline for submission of the other required tasks according to the teacher's requirements. Student creates the overall concept of an exhibition project, including all promotional material and accompanying texts (invitations, flyers, posters, catalogs, website and Facebook profile). The project will include at least one photographic series created for this purpose. Student cooperate with a graphic designer and an art theoretician.

Knowledge
Practical application of photojournalism and documentary photography skills - to pursue a specific theme, create extensive photographic document, to cooperate with a journalist. The course is designed exclusively for FDA students.

student: - Develops the concept of the exhibition project incl. promotional material and accompanying texts (invitations, flyers, posters, catalogs, website and Facebook profile) communicates with a graphic designer, - Assesses the quality of the scanned material - Considers printing method, material and surface format, arming of the project - Assesses the interaction with the exhibition space, the role of spectator etc., - Communicates with the curator
