Introduction to the evaluation of autoantibodies using NIF. 2. Determination of ANA antibodies using the indirect fluorescence method. 3. Examination before bone marrow transplantation. 4. Special methods - density gradient separation, MTT - test. 5. Special methods - cross match test. 6. Special methods - NK cell tests. 7. Special methods - determination of intracellular production of cytokines. 8. Determination of specific IgE - immuno cap. 9. Determination of specific IgE - component analysis, ISAC. 10.
