Course content
1.-2. Training in recognizing NZO, working with a monitor / defibrillator, training in ventilation with a self-expanding bag, training in providing access to the bloodstream (i.v. and i.o. access) and securing the airways with a laryngeal mask. 3.-4. Training of extended emergency resuscitation procedures in adults and children in accordance with the current competencies of a paramedic. 5.-6. Solution of a model situation focused on an adult patient with sudden circulatory arrest - non-traumatic. 7.-8. Solution of a model situation focused on a child with sudden circulatory arrest - non-traumatic. 9.-10. Training in advanced emergency resuscitation procedures in an adult with traumatic sudden circulatory arrest.

  • Practical training (number of hours) - 10 hours per semester

  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 10 hours per semester
