Course content
Theoretical and practical knowledge, behaviour of MRS workers when being attacked while providing first aid. Excercises (motoric): 1. Health and safety rules during training. Criminal code: § 28 Necessity, § 29 Right of self-defense. Stances: frontal, sideways, universal, kneeling. Falls: Forward, backwards, sideways. 2. Revision: Basic stances, falls. Blocks: For upper area, middle area, bottom area. Punches: palm, fist, elbow. Combinations: Punches and blocks. 3. Revision: Stances, falls, blocks, punches. Kicks: Direct, arch, direct backwards, knee kick. Armlocks: Wrist lock 2 x, elbow lock. Combination: Punch, kick, block. 4. Revision: Stances, falls, blocks, punches, kicks, armlocks. Throws, trips, knock downs. Controlled contact fight. 5. Revision: Stances, falls, blocks, punches, kicks, armlocks, throws, trips, knock downs. Orientation in space, situation assessment and subsequent controlled contact fight. Self-defence against: Before he catches me, long head-on stranglehold, one- and two-hand holding on clothes. 6. Revision: Stances, falls, blocks, punches, kicks, armlocks, throws, trips, knock downs. Self-defence against: head-on both-hand holding, direct punch and hook in upper body, direct punch in middle body. 7. Revision of self-defence against: head-on both-hand holding, direct punch and hook in upper body, direct punch in middle body, before he catches me, long head-on stranglehold, one- and two-hand holding on clothes. Self-defence against: Direct, arch and side kick into the middle body. 8. Revision of self-defence against: head-on both-hand holding, direct punch and hook in upper body, direct punch in middle body, before he catches me, long head-on stranglehold, one- and two-hand holding on clothes, direct, arch and side kick into the middle body. Self-defence against attack from behind: remote/long stranglehold, holding over arms and under arms. 9. Revision of self-defence against: head-on both-hand holding, direct punch and hook in upper body, direct punch in middle body, before he catches me, long head-on stranglehold, one- and two-hand holding on clothes, direct, arch and side kick into the middle body, remote/long stranglehold, holding over arms and under arms. 10. Credit.
