Course content
The content of the final state exam are topics discussed in the subjects Conventional radiological imaging procedures 1-3, Radiological imaging procedures - exercises 1-6, Computed tomography 1-2, X-ray anatomy 1-2, Magnetic resonance imaging 1-2, Angiography and interventional radiology 1-2 and Radiation protection.

to enumerate X radiation properties and how to use them in radiodiagnostics
to define the ways of imaging X rays
to explain the basics of radiation hygiene and fundamental differences in X-ray machines
to explain modern ways of X-ray formation image
to list imaging methods used for individual body parts
to enumerate radiodiagnostic examination methods for individual parts of the body and characterize them
to explain the principle of computer tomography imaging
to describe the preparation of the patient for examination using computed tomography
to define procedures for administration of contrast agents
to characterize post-processing of data, data transfer and archiving possibilities
to explain the basic physical and technical principles of magnetic resonance,
to clarify the clinical use of magnetic resonance
to characterize paramagnetic contrast agents
to list indications of diagnostic angiography and radiointervention procedures and to characterize used diagnostic techniques and instruments
to explain basic procedures and use of instruments in diagnostic vascular and interventional vascular and non-vascular procedures in general and in specific areas
to explain the principles of radiation protection
interpret quantities, units and limits in radiation protection
to clarify the rules and obligations in the management of ionizing radiation sources
to define the nature of medical exposure in terms of radiation protection and to explain the divisions of workers with ionizing radiation
to clarify the terms - controlled zone, monitoring, monitoring plan
to describe the procedures for emergencies
