Course content
Lectures 1. Chemical composition of living organisms. 2. The cell's biochemical functions. 3. Saccharide 4. Lipid 5. Amino acids, peptides and proteins. 6. Nucleic acids. 7. Enzymes, vitamins. 8. Hormones, dyes. 9. Introduction to metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism. 10. Lipid metabolism. 11. Amino acid and protein metabolism. 12. Krebs cycle, respiratory chain. 13. Acidobazic balance. 14. Ion balance, collection of biological material. 15. Biochemical examinations. Exercise 1-15. Continuous exercise of the substance discussed in lectures.
