Learning activities and teaching methods
Interactive lecture
  • Contact hours - 22 hours per semester
  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 30 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report) (1-10) - 10 hours per semester
prerequisite
Knowledge
The bacic knowledge of high school chemistry is expected.
learning outcomes
Students can explain the importance of chemistry to human society. Students apply the theoretical knowledge to practice, explain the position of chemistry in the production of conventional and unconventional materials. Students recognize the undesirable effects of chemicals. Students define the concept of environmental chemistry and its link with the disposal of emissions of toxic substances into environment and the link with waste of chemical processes as secondary raw materials.
