Lectures: 1. The fundamental terms of diagnostics, testing and reliability. 2. Design methods of detection tests for digital combinatorial circuitry. 3. Students are able to design testable electronics system. They know mwthods of testable design and HIL testing. They are able to apply it in the car electronics. Students propose necessary hardware and software for testable systems.
