Course content
1. Bipolar transistors, principle, types, models. Unipolar transistors, principle, types, models, properties. 2. Amplifiers with bipolar and unipolar transistors, operational amplifiers. 3. Frequency characteristics of passive and active circuits, calculation, graphical expression. Feedback, stability. 4. Nonlinear Circuits. 5. Power supplies and stabilizers, linear and switching. 6. Digital circuits, combinational and sequential. 7. Counters, registers, decoders, multiplexers, demultiplexers. 8. Memory, static and dynamic RAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM. 9. D/A and A/D converters, types, properties. 10. Sampling analog signals and processing computer. 11. Digital filters, decimation and interpolation. 12. Modulation and demodulation, properties, applications.

Mathematical analysis, linear algebra, electrical measurements.
learning outcomes
The student understands the basic categories of analog and digital-analog digital circuits. Is able to apply acquired knowledge in the analysis and design of electronic circuits and systems.
