Course content
The New Economy. Basic characteristics of the new economy. Information systems for the new economy. Information systems management, architecture, IT / IS. Integrated solutions, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, ERP parameters, functions, technologies, principles of transactional systems, database systems, in which the ERP work, principles of communication with ERP applications, an overview of ERP systems on the market Principles of working in SAP R / 3 Using scenarios. Logistics - Warehouse. Order. Offer. Business Intelligence, Business Intelligence in corporate governance, basic principles of BI, the BI layer, the main components, types of applications, examples of basic principles. Rules of OLAP principles of solution, multidimensional databases, OLAP, OLTP, management applications, data warehouses, data marts. Approaches, methods to address business intelligence applications, creating data marts. BI applications in SAP. Business Warehouse. The preparation of business content. The definition of extractors. The creation of reports from infocubes. Data Mining (Data Mining) - description of data mining, data mining tasks, used data mining applications, data mining techniques, statistical and artificial intelligence. Practical application in SW Statistica CRM - Customer Relationship Management, principles, applications for customer relationship management (Realtionship Customer Management), CRM architecture, the main modules, their functionality, contact centers, customer intelligence, CRM, the CRM market. SCM - Supply Chain Management, supply chain management in the company, principles of SCM market. Electronic commerce (e-commerce, EC), the principles, possibilities of commercial use, and manage their business, EC applications, B2B, B2C, C2C, EDI standards, XML. Safety on the Internet. Encryption. Basics of cryptography. Symmetric and asymmetric ciphers. Use of the Internet. Electronic banking, electronic payments, security. Electronic supply e-procurement. E-marketplace, e-auctions.

know the principles of integrated solutions, systems architecture of IT, means the functionality of the IS components and their use throughout the system.
manage the process of processing transaction data and transforming them into data warehouse and prinicple of further processing and reporting, multidimensional cubes.
know the basics of electronic business data exchange (EDI, ebXML), an electronic currency exchange, electronic payments, financial transactions over the Internet.
know the basics of cryptography, the principles of synchronous and asynchronous cipher, digital signature, and their use in providing secure transactions over the Internet
