Course content
Equilibrium production in two-sector model. Equilibrium production in three-sector model. IS - LM model. IS - LM model and effect of monetary and fiscal policy. Open economy and determination of equilibrium production. Fixed and flexible exchange rates, capital mobility, monetary and fiscal policy. Aggregate demand: introduction to analysis. Aggregate supply: introduction to analysis. Labour market, unemployment, Phillips curve. Augmented Phillips curve. Inflation. Methods of inflation treatment. Long-term economic growth.
