Course content
Introduction to personal finance. Financial planning, financial goals, wealth, financial freedom. Money, the function of money, the value of money, the issue of money accumulation, inflation. The financial system, the Czech National Bank, commercial banks, insurance companies. Savings, savings products. Investing, basic investment products, bonds, stocks. Collective investment, mutual funds, ETFs. Pension system, supplementary pension savings, DIP. Risks, risk hedging, diversification, insurance. Loans, mortgage loans. Alternative forms of investment (investment apartments, gold, cryptocurrencies, etc.).
