Course content
Introduction to personal finance Tax system in the Czech Republic and its impact on personal entities, social and health insurance, calculation of net wage The history of money, cash security features The structure of financial market, commercial subjects on financial market, banks, building societies, pension funds, insurance companies, investment companies Czech National Bank and its basic functions Cash and cashless payments, current account, savings account passbooks, time deposit, checks, credit cards Mortgage loans and other credit products, consumer loans, insurance products, life and non-life insurance Introduction to the accumulation of money, an analysis of the state pension system, the magic triangle of financial balance in personal finance Building savings, retirement income insurance, open-end mutual funds Basic procedures for financial calculations, interest, amortization, annuity. The rules for creation of a specific financial plan, the most common mistakes in personal finance Reserve, guest lecture
