Course content
Lectures: 1. Introduction, characteristics of electrotechnical company, his structure and action. 2. Control, administrative and produce units. 3. Principles of operation management. 4. Vision, strategy, targets, plans of firm. 5. Organizing and organizational structures, legislature for electrical engineering. 6. Human resources, qualification for electrical engineering. 7. Leadership, motivation. 8. Firm communication. 9. Managing of realization processes. 10. Production and their control. 11. Quality control. 12. Lean production. 13. Marketing. Exercise: 1. Introduction, organizing of subject, submission of semestral project. 2. Strategic decision making. 3. Sources and logistics. 4. Manufacturing process optimization I. 5. Manufacturing process optimization II. 6. Manufacturing process optimization III. 7. Presentation of semestral project, test.
