prerequisite
Knowledge
No particular prerequisites specified.
learning outcomes
The students are able to discuss the use of production technologies for transformers, synchronous generators, various types of motors (direct current, asynchronous, linear) and to describe the production of insulators, cables, laminates and other components and materials for heavy-current equipment. They are also able to characterize production technologies in general and also finishing technologies for plastic materials. Part of the course is presentation dealing with heavy-current production and application of materials followed by discussion.
