Course content
Tutorials are given in 3D CAD system SolidWorks: 1) SolidWorks - entry requirements, Toolbox - standard part library 2) Advanced features in SolidWorks, Solid bodies - Boolean operations 3) Sheet metal parts 4) Welded constructions 5) Model preparation for conversion to drawing - DimXpert 6) Advanced tools in assemblies and drawings 7) Routing of electrical cables, hoses and pipes 8) Import of ECAD data into SolidWorks (CircuitWorks app) 9) SolidWorks Electrical - project management, design of electrical and fluid diagrams 10) SolidWorks Electrical - design of electrical and fluid diagrams 11) Mechanical stress analysis of structural parts 12) Thermal analysis 13) Animation, rendering, visualization
