Course content
Lectures: Tissues Joints. Synovial joint. GIT part No I (oral cavity - content, pharynx, oesophagus, stomach). GIT part No II (small and large intestine, liver, pancreas). GIT part No III (peritoneal cavity and extraperitoneal spaces, organs projections). Respiratory system. Mediastinum Urinary system. Female genital system - part I (external and internal genitals) Female genital system - part II (internal genitals, menstrual cycle) Cardiovascular system - part I (The Vascular Wall Construction, Types of Blood Circulation) Cardiovascular system - part II (heart, aortal system). Cardiovascular system - part III (venous and lymphatic system, spleen). Cardiovascular system - part IV (foetal blood circulation, vessels of the extremities) The Nervous Systém - divisions. Peripheral nervous system, spinal and cranial nerves. Male genital systém - self study Central Nervous System - divisions, structure, importance Practicals: Planes and Directions of the Human Body. Skeleton - trunk Skeleton - skull, extremities. Muscular system - construction of the skeletal muscle. Muscles of the body - an overview. Construction of the abdominal wall, abdominal regions, the peritoneal organs projection on the anterior abdominal wall. Construction of the chest wall - thoracentesis. Digestive Tract and Respiratory system - demonstration of the organs. Urogenital system - demonstration of the organs. Heart - demonstration. Visual system - self study. Auditory-equilibrium systém: an overview Spinal Cord Segment - demonstration. Autonomic Nervous System. The Skin and Mammary Gland. Cerebrospinal Coverings (Meninges), Vessels and ventricles of CNS.

  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 25 hours per semester
