Exercises 1. Theoretical introduction to Japanese martial art Aikido, practical examples, work with contact. 2. Fall techniques, fall forward, backward, sideways. 3. Techniques of breathing exercises as a prevention of burnout syndrome in physiotherapists. 4. Ikyo and its application to practical use. 5. Nikyo, sankyo and its application to practical use. 6. Kotegaeshi and its application to practical use. 7. Iriminage and its application to practical use. 8. Superstructure techniques Tao toshi, Aiki nage, Tenchi nage. 9. Kyusho techniques - introduction with application to physiotherapy 10. Kyusho techniques - acupressure points with application to physiotherapy, identification of points and their localization 11. Kyusho techniques - relaxation points and recovery points with application to physiotherapy 12. Practical application of aikido in self-defense tactics 13. Repetition of basic techniques on the upper limbs 14. Repetition of basic techniques on the lower limbs 15. Bodybuilding techniques using the Aikido system
