Course content
Practicals 1. Application of creative activities, techniques and analysis of activity in geriatrics from the perspective of ergotherapy. 2. The use of elements of supportive therapies in geriatrics from the point of view of ergotherapy. 3. Memorytraining in geriatrics from the ergotherapy point of view. 4. Prevention of falls in geriatrics from the ergotherapy point of view. 5. Prevention of immobilization syndrome from the ergotherapy point of view. 6. Problems of incontinence in geriatrics from the ergotherapy point of view. 7. Ergotherapy in the most common diagnoses in geriatrics - psychic change. 8. Ergotherapy for the most common diagnoses in geriatrics - movement and sensory problems in old age. 9. Ergotherapy in the most common diagnoses in geriatrics - rheumatology. 10. Ergotherapy for the most common diagnoses in geriatrics - orthopedic diseases. 11. Ergotherapy for the most common diagnoses in geriatrics - cardiovascular disease. 12. Application of ergotherapy and work with people in the terminal state.
