Course content
1st Introduction. 2nd Physiology and pathophysiology of muscle function. 3rd Methods of strengthening? analytical x synthetic. 4th Methods for enhancing the use of instrumentation. 5th Types of exercise units. 6th Specifics strengthening by age. 7th Red flags in strengthening, overload syndrome. 8th Muscle shortening, methods of analysis and evaluation. 9th Muscle strength, methods of examination assessment. 10th Dietary and nutritional supplements. 11th Credit test

  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 30 hours per semester
