Course content
1st Lighting concept YOGA historically and substantively. 2nd Yoga as a technique of self-development of man. 3rd Unlike the western and eastern approach to life and health. 4th Yoga techniques for working with lower limb and upper limb. 5th Yoga techniques for working with the spine and the pelvis. 6th Yoga techniques for working with the breath, breathing exercises. 7th Concentration and relaxation techniques. 8th Possibility to use appropriate aids during exercise. 9th Applications of those processes in private practice and the option of working with patients. 10th Examples of appropriate use of exercise equipment. 11th Leadership training unit with elements of yoga.
