| Course content |

1. Clinic and structure of the excretory system. General symptomatology of diseases. Physiology of the nephron. Diseases of the kidneys and upper urinary tract. 2. Diseases of the lower urinary tract. Topographical relationships of the pelvic organs. 3. Hierarchy of the endocrine system. Distinction of central hormones and their effect on peripheral glands. 4. Diseases of the peripheral endocrine glands (diabetes mellitus). 5. Menstrual cycle and its disorders. Issues of parenthood. Artificial insemination. 6. Diseases of the genital organs (syphilis, gonorrhoea - prevention). 7. Clinical introduction to dermatovenerology, relationship between skin and environment. 8. Selected skin diseases - allergies, eczema, dermatitis, pruritus, urticaria. 9. Disorders of pigmentation. Skin tumours - melanoma. Diseases of the mammary gland. 10. Basic diseases of the musculoskeletal system - fractures, scoliosis, flatfoot, hip dysplasia, tumours. 11. Basic CNS disorders - paresis. Bleeding between the envelopes. Stroke. 12. Overview of diseases of the visual and auditory-balance system. 13. Evaluation of teaching, summary.
