Course content
1. Introduction to psychiatry. History and division of the field. Anamnesis in psychiatry. 2. Symptoms, syndromes and psychiatric diagnosis. 3. Legal status of mentally ill, legal capacity, criminal responsibility of a patient with mental disorder, voluntary and involuntary hospitalization of a patient with a mental disorder. 4. General psychiatry. Disorders of perception - illusion, hallucination, access to the patient with these symptoms. Emotional disorders: affects, moods, access to the suicide patient and working with him. Formal, dynamic and qualitative mental disorders. 5. Blud and its definitions, types of delusions, working with the patient, producing delusions. 6. Disorders of the intellect, their causes, forms, educability of patients with intellectual disorder, nursing approaches to clients with intellectual deficits. 7. Personality disorders, diagnosis and approaches to patients with personality disorder. Memory disorders, learning. 8. Disturbances of consciousness qualitative and quantitative, treatment of a patient with a disturbed consciousness. 9. Fundamentals of psychopharmacology, distribution of psychopharmacs, possibilities and ways of their application, interaction, contraindications. Treatment of a patient with intoxicated psychopharmaceuticals. 10. Special psychiatry. Organic mental disorders. 11. Fundamentals of Pediopsychiatry, Sexology, Pedopsychiatry, Gerontopsychiatry. Psychoses, neuroses of their differentiation and nursing possibilities.
