Course content
lectures: 1st Basic anthropometric measurements - height , weight, kaliperace , BMI . 2nd Examination of the cardiovascular system? physiological and pathological changes . Heart rate , HRmax , blood pressure? methods of measurement. EKG - downpipes , test equipment , curve, record sleep and stress ECG . Holter monitoring, diving reflex. Běhátková a bicycle ergometry : indications, contraindications, conditions , security measures , personnel, types and duration of load , steady state reasons for the interruption , termination. Spiroergometry , oxygen deficit and debt ratings of fitness , W170 , W170/kg . VO2max , VO2max/kg , VO2max/TF , MET . Simple functional tests - orthostatic test , Flack test , step test. Basic physical properties and types of physical exercises . Exercise in the prevention of coronary heart disease , exercise walking. 3rd Examination of peripheral vessels. Doppler examination of arteries and veins. Ratschowova test . 4th Examination of the respiratory system. Spirometry, static and dynamic lung volumes , BTPS , STPD . Principles examination , flow-volume curve , types of ventilation disorders. 5th The function of the kidney and liver. The stress test. tutorials: Continues the content taught theory lectures. Evaluation of continuous heart rate during physical activity by remote access. Practical training in the laboratory.
