Course content
1. Muscle test by Janda, Testing the neck and torso muscles.     Testing of bladder and shoulder muscles. 2. Muscle test by Janda, Testing the elbow and hand muscles.     Testing the muscles of the lower limb. 3. Examination of movement stereotypes.     Deep stabilization system. Basic information on meaning and diagnostic. Selected tests according to Kolář. 4. Kinesiological analysis of stand, static and dynamic examination.     Diagnostics of pan, aspect and palpation. Pathological findings, importance of diagnostics.     Diagnosis of SI joint in stand. Selected tests by Lewit. 5. Examination of walk, step analysis, correct stereotype. Physiological position of the foot, transverse and longitudinal arch.     Pathological findings. Exercises: It builds on the content of the theory from lectures. Teaching on models, demonstrations. Acquisition of aspect and palpation in the diagnosis of movement system disorders, practical training. Muscle tests, muscle strength assessment. Principles, practical training. Diagnosis of foot on the podocam, practical demonstration.

  • Preparation for an examination (30-60) - 40 hours per semester

  • Preparation for comprehensive test (10-40) - 15 hours per semester

Knowledge
The student describes all movements in the human body, lists the anthropometric points, evaluates the posture, analyzes the muscular dysbalance, justifies the palpation finding in the muscle, defines the finding due to the actual measurement.
Skills
The student performs anthropometric and goniometric examination, spine evaluation in all movements, tests the muscular tension and shortened muscles according to given tests and also by palpation, expresses the level of muscle activity and takes measures for the manufacture of ortotic and prosthetic aids.

Knowledge
Student describes the palpation finding in the muscle, evaluates the muscle contraction by muscle test, analyzes the movement stereotypes and justifies the problems based on overloading and poor quality of movement, describes the stand and walk examination, defines the finding due to the actual measurement.
Skills
The student will perform muscle test, verify the quantity and quality of movement in the joints, perform static and dynamic examination of stand, express deviations in walking due to correct stereotype.
