Cultural epidemiology and theory of cultural attraction 7. Behavioral ecology 8. Cliodynamics and macrohistory 9. Embodied and extended cognition 10. Dissemination of innovations 11. Evolutionary and cognitive roots of morality 12. Evolutionary and cognitive roots of religion 13. Final summary
