Course content
1.Introduction to the studies of ethics and axiology. 2.Current guestions of value orientation of technical intelligence. 3.Ethics and morals in historical development.Categories of ethics. 4.Current theories of ethics and search for a way out of moral crisis. 5.Profesional ethics. 6.Ethics of science. 7.Ethics of environment and ecological education of an engineer. 8.Ethics for engineers. 9.Business ethics(for engineers). 10.Ethics of media communication (for engineers). 11.Ethics and etiguette of an engineer - contrast of cultures. 12.Ethics in the lifelong education of an engineer.

learning outcomes
Students: apply the theory of ethics and philosophy of values for the critical evaluation of their own moral choices and acts and their social mediation. Compile their own hierarchy of values and determine the meaning of life. Recognize the consequences of unethical conduct in the retail and professional ethics and than identify the ethical consequences of scientific research in cases of violation of professional ethos misuse and unthought use of science. Apply ethical criterion in multi-criteria evaluation model situations in their own engineering preparation and practice.
