Course content
1. Topic of dignity in the philosophy of mankind. 2. The theme of misery in the philosophy of mankind. 3. Body and physicality in the philosophy of mankind and in medicine. 4. The place of man in nature. Transformations of anthropocentrism and their reflection. 5. "The problem of the other." A man of culture and understanding of "otherness". 6. Man as a dreaming creature. Utopia and dreams in perspective of the philosophy of man. 7. Man as a creature of history. Historicity of man. 8. Man and the arts. Man as creator and performer. 9. The concept of man in the visual arts and philosophy. 10. Man and communication problems. Philosophical efforts to solve them. 11. Man and new communications technologies. Man and "non-human". 12. Man in a pluralistic world. Postmodern and hypermodern perspective and philosophy of man. 13. Human existence and mortality.

learning outcomes
Students will be able to identify and characterize the main features of human philosophy and philosophical anthropology. Remember the key personalities and concepts from the philosophical antopologie. Specific examples, students will be able to describe how the philosophical antropologie influenced philosophical movements in 20th century.
