Positivism, Tomas Garique Masaryk. 6. L. Klíma and Nietzschism. 7. Philosophy between World wars - E. Radl. 8. Structuralism, Jan Mukařovský, J. L. Fischer. 9. Phenomenology, Jan Patočka. 10. Philosophy of practice - Karel Kosík. 11. Non-substantial onthology, Egon Bondy. 12. New onthology - L. Hejdánek, M. Machovec - history. 13. Postmodernism - V. Bělohradský.

learning outcomes
Students will be able to summarize and explain basic problems of Czech philosophy. The most important personalities, which influenced Czech (in some examples) and European culture, will be presented to them. Students will explore their basic works, their theoretical systems and ideas. They will compare the position of Czech philosophy inside Czech culture and also in the sphere of European thinking.
