Course content
In seminars the Russian scholarly texts are read and interpreted. The supervised reading is focused on acquiring terminology as well as specifics of the academic style in the humanities. Working with text is guided in Czech nevertheless students are led to be able to present the main theses of the text in Russian. A list of particular texts is published on the Courseware.

Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of Russian language (B2) is expected. Knowledge and skills within the course KFI/RPH.
learning outcomes
Students will be able to orient in the scholarly Russian texts of humanities. They will be able to summarize and express the main theses of the texts. They will be well acquainted with the Russian terminology in humanities. They will be motivated to use the Russian scholarly literature for the next study of their field.
